1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of helenarmstrong.life and any services purchased through it. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Helen Armstrong LLC is based in Waxhaw, North Carolina.
2. Services
Helen Armstrong LLC offers the following:
- Energy healing sessions — including somatic and energetic work, sound and vibrational healing, Emotion Code, bioresonance scanning, and channeled vocal transmission
- Spiritual messages — intuitive and energetic attunement, channeled transmissions
- Workshops — group offerings in the modalities above
- Programs — structured multi-session containers (e.g. The Deepening, The Reclamation)
Important: These services are energetic and somatic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic care. Helen Armstrong LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed professional.
3. Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
- Payment plans are available for select programs. Missed payments may result in paused or terminated access to services.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Locked pricing applies only to confirmed, paid bookings.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Workshop and program fees are non-refundable once the program has begun, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- To cancel, contact helen@helenarmstrong.life with your name and appointment details.
5. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session, at Helen Armstrong LLC's discretion.
6. Client Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you:
- Are 18 years of age or older, or — if booking on behalf of a minor — are the parent or legal guardian assuming full responsibility for consenting to the work
- Are voluntarily choosing to engage in these services
- Take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after sessions
- Understand that results are not guaranteed and vary by individual
7. Intellectual Property
All content on helenarmstrong.life — including written copy, audio, frameworks (Claris Vox, Voice Reclaimed, Voice Beyond Words), and recorded materials — is the intellectual property of Helen Armstrong LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helen Armstrong LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services or this website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Union County or Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
10. Changes to These Terms
Helen Armstrong LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
